Fayza Al Ghawi is a corporate-focused legal professional who holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi. Trilingual in Arabic, English, and French, she pairs a rigorous academic foundation with a genuine command of the UAE's corporate and regulatory landscape — and was awarded the highest grade for her research on the civil and criminal liability of company directors.
Although early in her career, Fayza has already built substantial hands-on experience across several of the region's most respected law firms, including Al Tamimi & Company, King & Spalding, and Salloum & Partners. Through these engagements she has supported partners on corporate structuring and advisory matters, executed end-to-end company incorporations across UAE mainland and free-zone jurisdictions, prepared corporate governance and licensing documentation, and assisted with KYC/AML and due-diligence processes.
Her experience also extends to dispute support and UAE court procedures before the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Courts, from drafting submissions and organising case files to coordinating filings. Meticulous, capable, and quick to learn, Fayza brings excellent legal knowledge and a strong work ethic to every matter she supports.
