Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary. We use it to understand the matter, urgency, and what a good outcome looks like for you. We also run a conflict check and identify any immediate protective steps — at no cost.
How quickly do you respond to a new matter?
We aim to respond within one business day of intake. Time-critical matters receive an immediate action plan once intake is complete, and we maintain a 24-hour escalation channel for active engagements.
How do you handle fees and budgets?
We offer fixed-fee engagements where the scope allows, capped hourly arrangements for regulatory work, and milestone-based fees for disputes. Every engagement comes with a written scope and budget-to-actual reporting.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We serve both UAE-based and international clients across regulatory, corporate, and dispute matters, with the ability to coordinate counsel across jurisdictions where needed.
